About This Project

We completely gutted this house and redesigned the interior from the ground up. We wanted to create a modern, minimalist feel by focusing on efficient, small space planning. We chose all of the fixtures and finishes to evoke a clean, yet cozy vibe. Our staging selections further brought this concept to life.

Our favorite part of this project is the exposed plaster and brick cutout above the staircase. We wanted to bring in the old with all of the new. By juxtaposing the original brick and plaster with crisp white walls, modern railing, and a light fixture, we created a simple, unexpected art installation that was hard to leave behind.
