About This Project
It’s always fun to design for brand new construction. There are way less obstacles! We were able to get in on the design phase of this one. We chose all of the light fixtures, window placements, and kitchen finishes/fixtures. With the ease of this floor plan, we wanted to create a beautifully modern home that highlights the conveniences of a new build while still feeling inviting and comfortable.
